Biscotti Al Cioccolato Recipe
- 125 gm Dark chocolate
- 200 gm Sugar
- 250 gm Finely grnd almonds,
- 1/2 c. espresso coffee
- 1/2 sm Glass liqueur.
- ** NB: By c., I mean an espresso coffee c., not a standard measuring c.!
- So think small!!
- BTW, a small glass means a liqueur glass too.
- Method: Grate the chocolate finely.
- Mix together well the chocolate, grnd almonds, sugar, coffee and liqueur.
- Mix it well so which the dough is homogeneous and smooth.
- Roll out the dough on a marble
- (preferably) surface that has been lightly dusted with icing/confectioner's sugar.
- Cut into squares.
- Allow to dry out completely.
- They are now ready to eat!
- No baking!
