Avocado Mayonnaise-Southern Style

• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 3 ripe avocados, diced
• 2 green onions, diced
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Puree to smooth.
3. Place avocado mayonnaise in an airtight container, placing one avocado pit in the center-this keeps mixture from turning brown!
