Crockpot Chili
- 1- 1/2 pound Browned Hamburger Meat
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Can) Rotel (Original)
- 1 can (large 29 Oz. Can) Crushed Or Diced Tomato
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Chili Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Chipotle Powder
- 1/2 cups Water, More Or Less As Needed
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Brown hamburger and onion; drain and add to a crock pot.
- Add the next 4 ingredients, then add only enough water to thin it out.
- You can substitute water with tomato juice.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- This is slightly spicy from Rotel and chipotle powder, but can replace it with mild Rotel and leave out the powder if you wish!
