Mexican Taco Hotdish Recipe

  1. Separate crescent rolls into 2 strips of 4 rolls, press into greased 9"x13" pan.
  2. Brown beef hamburger (may add in diced onion).
  3. Add in beans and taco seasoning.
  4. Spread over roll base, sprinkle with olives.
  5. Combine beaten egg, lowfat sour cream and cheese, pour over meat.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
  7. To serve, cut in squares, top with shredded lettuce and minced tomatoes.
  8. Serve with taco sauce and additional lowfat sour cream if you like.
