Mexican Taco Hotdish Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 (16 ounce.) can refried beans
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/2 c. sliced olives
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 egg
- 4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Separate crescent rolls into 2 strips of 4 rolls, press into greased 9"x13" pan.
- Brown beef hamburger (may add in diced onion).
- Add in beans and taco seasoning.
- Spread over roll base, sprinkle with olives.
- Combine beaten egg, lowfat sour cream and cheese, pour over meat.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
- To serve, cut in squares, top with shredded lettuce and minced tomatoes.
- Serve with taco sauce and additional lowfat sour cream if you like.
