mushrooms stuffed w/feta
- 1 pam non stick spray
- 4 portabella mushrooms(medium size)
- 2 1/2 tbsp feta cheese(crumbled)
- 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary(chopped up)
- preheat oven 400
- pull stems out of each mushroom then take a spoon and use it to scrape away the grills(edges )
- wipe mushrooms clean with a damp cloth
- take Worcestershire sauce and brush the caps,take cheese & rosemary and evenly divide among mushrooms and stuff into caps and put on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with pam
- bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted to golden brown
