Pasta with Smoked Salmon Sauce
- 200g PHILADELPHIA* Light Spreadable Smoked Salmon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chives, cut into 1 cm lengths
- 50g smoked salmon, cut into strips
- 1 small avocado, cut into chunks
- 200g dried pasta, cooked and drained
- chives for garnish
- Whisk together the Philly* and milk in a small saucepan, heat gently until smooth.
- Add the chives, salmon and avocado and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
- Spoon hot pasta into serving bowls and top with smoked salmon sauce.
- Garnish with chives and serve immediately.
