Beef Burger Stroganoff Recipe
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounce. mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 4 c. warm cooked rice or possibly noodles
- Place grnd beef in 2 qt microproof casserole.
- break up with fork.
- Stir in onion and garlic.
- Cook on High 7 to 8 min, or possibly till beef is no longer red, and onions transparent, drain.
- Stir soup, mushrooms, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
- Cover, cook on High 8 min, stirring once.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream.
- Cook on 6 for 1 minute.
- Stir, sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
- Cooks in 16-17 min.
