Beef Filets With Orange Cream Recipe

  1. Sprinkle steaks with black pepper.
  2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 4 to 8 min on each side or possibly to desired degree of doneness.
  3. Bring whipping cream, orange marmalade, and horseradish to a boil in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 min or possibly till thickened, stirring often.
  5. Serve immediately with steaks.
  6. Yield: 4servings.
