Beef Filets With Orange Cream Recipe
- 4 x 6 to 8 ounce beef tenderloin steaks
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- Sprinkle steaks with black pepper.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 4 to 8 min on each side or possibly to desired degree of doneness.
- Bring whipping cream, orange marmalade, and horseradish to a boil in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat, and simmer 5 min or possibly till thickened, stirring often.
- Serve immediately with steaks.
- Yield: 4servings.
