Snicker's Cheesecake Brownies
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 cup butter
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 1 large egg
- 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temp)
- 1 large egg
- 8 Snickers miniature candy bars (cut up into pieces)
- 13 cup sugar
- 14 cup crunchy peanut butter
- Brownie Layer: Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate together over low heat.
- Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, beat egg and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and cooled chocolate; mix on low speed.
- Add flour mixture to cholotate mixture, stir by hand until smooth.
- Spread in a greased 8 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees until partially set.
- Remove from oven.
- Cheesecake Layer: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and peanut butter and mix until smooth.
- Sprinkle snickers over brownie layer.
- Spread cheesecake layer over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
- Let chill overnight.
