Brioche Loaf Recipe

  1. Makes 1 1/2 lb loaf.
  2. Follow manufactures instructions for basic bread cycle BUT: cut butter into tbs size pcs and begin adding butter 1 tbs each minute 10 min before the end of the kneading cycle.This is done because of the large porportion of butter needs to be adequately absorbed.
  3. Produces a light, rich.,sweet loaf .Note: as with any bread machine recipe, you may have to slightly adjust the flour and or possibly water to get the right bread machine consistency.

yeast, bread flour , sugar, salt, eggs, egg yolk, water , unsalted butter
