Lady Mom's Pork Loin

  1. Mix together in a small bowl: garlic, lemon, mustard, soya sauce, water, beef granules, bay leaves, thyme, fennel and green onion.
  2. Pepper to your liking.
  3. Lay Pork Loin in a lightly greased crock pot.
  4. Pour mixture over top of tenderloin and lay the sliced onion over-top.
  5. Cook until no longer pink in middle, turning once (about 3 hours approximately on Low).
