Lady Mom's Pork Loin
- 3 lbs pork loin
- 1 thinly sliced white onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 12 teaspoon fennel
- 12 tablespoon green onion
- pepper
- Mix together in a small bowl: garlic, lemon, mustard, soya sauce, water, beef granules, bay leaves, thyme, fennel and green onion.
- Pepper to your liking.
- Lay Pork Loin in a lightly greased crock pot.
- Pour mixture over top of tenderloin and lay the sliced onion over-top.
- Cook until no longer pink in middle, turning once (about 3 hours approximately on Low).
