Shrimp Orleans Recipe

  1. Heat butter in chafing dish or possibly skillet, add in onions and garlic, cook till tender but not brown.
  2. Combine soup, lowfat sour cream and catsup; stir in onions.
  3. Add in mushrooms and shrimp.
  4. Cook over low heat just till mix is heated through.
  5. Serve over fluffy warm rice.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
