Ukrainian Mushrooms with Sour Cream

  1. Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet 5 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms; saute 5 minutes longer.
  3. Blend well, flour, salt, and pepper with skillet mixture.
  4. Add whipping cream and sour cream gradually; mixing thoroughly.
  5. Turn into 1-quart casserole.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over top.
  8. Bake at 350 F. about 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
  9. 4 to 6 servings.
