Butterscotch Pie Dutch Recipe

  1. Cook the sugar and water till it will spin a thread.
  2. Add in butter, beat the Large eggs and stir in the flour that has been mixed with 1/2 c. of the lowfat milk.
  3. Add in balance of the lowfat milk and vanilla.
  4. Pour into the warm syrup and cook till mix is thick.
  5. Pour into a baked pie shell and set aside to cold.
  6. When ready to serve, cover with whipped cream.
