Pork Chive & Mushroom Filling

  1. Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry for a minute, then add the chives and cook just until the chives start to wilt (do not cook them fully).
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Mix everything together to make the filling.

ground pork, chinese chives, shiitake mushroom, soy sauce, rice wine, egg, cornstarch, gingerroot, white pepper, sugar, vegetable oil
