Crispy Seasoned chicken wings
- 30 chicken wings
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 tsp lawrys season salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp termuric
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 enough oil to fry your wings
- Wash your wings drain and put in a medium size bowl and add 1/2 tsp paprika and 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tbls olive oil and massage in and set aside
- In a medium size bowl add the flour garlic onion powder lawrys season salt cayenne termuric blk pepper salt and mix together and set aside
- In a small bowl crack your eggs and beat them together adding in the milk and mix well
- In a deep frying pan heat your oil and while its heating dip your chicken wing in the egg mix and then in to the flour mix and then into the hot oil and repeat for the rest of your wings ...cook them until they are a nice golden brown ( be careful don't heat your oil to high you will cook the outside before the wing is properly cooked )
