Vegetable & Rice Casserole Recipe
- 1 bag frzn mixed vegetables
- 1 onion
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 sm. jar Cheese Whiz
- Cook vegetables 5 min.
- Saute/fry onion in butter.
- Mix soup, water and lowfat milk together.
- Combine vegetables, onion, rice and soup mix.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake 20 min at 350 degrees.
- Top with Cheese Whiz and bake 10 more min.
