Vegetable & Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook vegetables 5 min.
  2. Saute/fry onion in butter.
  3. Mix soup, water and lowfat milk together.
  4. Combine vegetables, onion, rice and soup mix.
  5. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  6. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees.
  7. Top with Cheese Whiz and bake 10 more min.
