The Bloody Mary

• Freshly grated horseradish, optional
• 1 -ounce vodka, optional
• 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
• 2 dashes hot red pepper sauce
• 5 ounces tomato juice
• Lemon wedge, or slice
• Salt and pepper

1. Combine ingredients in above order over ice in a highball glass.
2. Garnish with a lemon wedge or slice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Serving suggestion: Line highball rim with lime and dip glass into a plate of celery salt.
