Nat's Chicken Noodle Casserole

  1. Boil chicken until cooked, add salt and/or olive oil as desired.
  2. Remove chicken from water, spoon out 1 1/2 can worth of broth and mix with two cans of cream of chicken soup.
  3. Add spices as desired.
  4. Add water to chicken broth in pot, bring to boil and cook egg noodles in broth.
  5. Cut chicken into pieces, mix with cream of chicken and broth mixture.
  6. Place into casserole dish(es), depending on what size you have.
  7. Drain pasta and add to chicken mixture.
  8. Add cheese and/or cracker crumbs as desired.
  9. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until browned on top.
  10. Let cool and serve!
