Chicken With White Wine Sauce Recipe
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 green onions (with tops) cut into 1-inch pcs
- Cut each chicken breast half lengthwise into 3 pcs.
- Cook chicken in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally till white.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Heat to boiling over medium high heat.
- Continue boiling, stirring occasionally, till sauce is slightly thickened, about 15 min.
- Garnish with green onion tops, cut into thin slices.
