Breakfast Egg Sausage Bake Recipe

  1. Brown sausage in pan, breaking it with wooden spoon; remove from drippings, but save the drippings.
  2. Using a 10 x 15 inch baking pan or possibly 2 smaller pans, grease them with sausage drippings.
  3. Place cubed bread in pan, add in browned sausage, grated cheese, onion and/or possibly broccoli; stir together (may add in more drippings sprinkled over mix).
  4. Beat Large eggs.
  5. Add in lowfat milk and seasonings.
  6. Pour over mix in pan.
  7. Cover and chill overnight.
  8. Remove cover before baking.
  9. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour till dry and golden.
  10. Cut into 12, 15 or possibly 20 pcs depending on size of serving desired.
