Century Plaza Low-Calorie Buttermilk Dressing

  1. Place cottage cheese, buttermilk, lemon juice, white pepper and salt in a blender container.
  2. Blend until smooth, if too thick add more buttermilk.
  3. Stir in green onions and parsley.
  4. Serve.
