Peanut Butter Date Balls Recipe

• 1 c. peanut butter
• 1 c. confectioners sugar
• 1 c. minced nuts
• 1 c. minced dates
• 1 tbsp. butter
• 3/4 bar (4 ounce.) German sweet chocolate

1. Mix peanut butter, sugar, nuts, dates and butter well.
2. Break chocolate into top of double boiler and let it heat while shaping dough into marble sized balls.
3. With metal spatula, spread top of balls with melted chocolate.
4. Chill till set.
