Baked Lemon Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Tear off about a foot and a half of foil (enough to fold into a packet).
  3. Place salmon on middle of foil.
  4. Season salmon with lemon pepper, salt and pepper.
  5. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  6. Bring up edges of foil and fold into a packet.
  7. Place packet into a pie tin or shallow baking dish.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
  9. Fish will flake apart when done.
