Triple-Berry Sundaes

  1. Combine 3 cups strawberries and raspberries in processor.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and liqueur; blend well.
  4. Quarter remaining strawberries.
  5. (Sauce and strawberries can be prepared 1 day ahead.
  6. Cover separately and chill.)
  7. Scoop ice cream into 12 bowls, dividing equally.
  8. Spoon sauce over.
  9. Garnish with blueberries, remaining strawberries and mint, it desired.
