Escalloped Pineapple

• 34 cup butter or 34 cup margarine
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 12 cup half-and-half
• 2 cups pineapple tidbits
• 1 quart breadcrumbs

1. Cream together butter and suger.
2. Add eggs and half and half.
3. Add pineapple and bread crumbs.
4. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
5. bake at 350F for about 40 minutes.
