Broccoli Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce.) can semi condensed savory cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. Miracle Whip
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 10 ounce. pkg. minced broccoli, thawed, liquid removed
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, Miracle Whip, lemon juice and seasonings in small pan.
- Bring to boil over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Combine 1/2 soup mix with the rice.
- Spread in a greased shallow casserole.
- Drain broccoli well and spread over rice mix.
- Arrange chicken over broccoli.
- Top with remaining soup mix.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Uncover and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for additional 5 min till cheese melts.
