Southwest Turkey Steak with Peppers
- 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
- 1 each green, red and yellow pepper, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 4 turkey cutlets (1 lb./450 g), 1/4 inch thick
- Mix Miracle Whip and hot sauce until blended.
- Reserve for later use.
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- Italian dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add peppers; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.
- Carefully wipe out skillet with paper towel.
- Heat oil in same skillet on medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle chili powder evenly onto both sides of turkey cutlets.
- Add to skillet; cook 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until done.
- Return peppers to skillet along with the remaining Italian dressing; cook and stir on medium heat 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Spread Miracle Whip mixture onto 4 serving plates; top with turkey mixture.
