Bengali Style Oven Fried Potatoes Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Remove oven racks & spray them with oil.
  3. Wash potatoes & slice them lengthwise into sticks 1/2" thick or possibly crosswise into rounds 1/3" thivk.
  4. Trnasfer to a baking pan & spray well with oil.
  5. Add in seasonings & toss to coat.
  6. Place the rounds in a single layer on the oven racks.
  7. Place the racks in the centre of the oven.
  8. Bake till the potatoes are tender, with a deep, golden brown-brown crust, about 20 to 25 min.
  9. Serve piping warm.
