Crispy Fish Fillets Recipe
- 1/4 c. butter (or possibly butter)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 pound fish fillets (flounder or possibly sole), cut in pcs
- Paprika
- Place butter and lemon juice in a 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking pan.
- Microwave on High 4 to 5 min.
- Mix together crumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Dip in lemon butter then coat with crumbs.
- Place in pan with remaining butter.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Microwave uncovered on High.
- Halfway turn fish and sprinkle with paprika.
- Stand for 5 min before serving.
