Bagel Bread Recipe

  1. If you do not like making bagels but want the texture of bagels with the low-fat nutritional benefits; try this bread.
  2. It tastes like a bagel and is especially good sliced and toasted.
  3. There is one note for the Panasonic/National machines and which is to use 3 tsp yeast for 1 1/2 lb loaf.
  4. I believe which this is for the older Panasonics as I do remember Linda Rehberg saying which the newer models came were not for the newer Panasonics.
  5. Upon re-reading I found I missed one thing.
  6. I did add in a few more tsps of water as the dough ball was not forming to my liking.
