Pumpkin Seed Oil Spread/Dip (Kurbiskernaufstrich)

  1. Toast pumpkin seeds in a non stick pan and set aside to cool.
  2. Mix cream cheese, minced garlic clove(s) and oil in a bowl.
  3. Stir.
  4. (The colour usually turns "Wasabi-green").
  5. Add cool, chopped pumpkin seeds.
  6. Reserve some for garnish.
  7. Stir.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining pumpkin seeds.
