Peachy Basil Skewers

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill peaches 5 to 7 min.
  3. or until tender, turning after 4 min.
  4. Cut each half into 3 wedges.
  5. Thread 2 cheese cubes and 1 peach wedge onto each of 12 small wooden skewers or toothpicks; place in shallow dish.
  6. Add dressing; turn to evenly coat all ingredients with dressing.
  7. Let stand at room temperature 20 min.
  8. to marinate, turning after 10 min.
  9. Remove skewers from marinade just before serving; discard marinade.
  10. Sprinkle skewers with basil.
