Brussels Sprouts with Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pound Brussel Sprouts, Outer Leaves Removed, Washed And Cut In Half
- 3 cloves Chopped Garlic
- 1/4 cups Water
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 dash Rice Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
- Place Brussels sprouts into the skillet, flat side down, and roast for 46 minutes until they start to brown.
- Add garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Add water, stir and cook for 46 more minutes until water is evaporated.
- Add salt, pepper and rice wine vinegar to the skillet.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately!
