Brussels Sprouts with Garlic

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
  2. Place Brussels sprouts into the skillet, flat side down, and roast for 46 minutes until they start to brown.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes being careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Add water, stir and cook for 46 more minutes until water is evaporated.
  5. Add salt, pepper and rice wine vinegar to the skillet.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve immediately!
