Shredded Beef Sandwich

  1. Place meat in slow cooker; top with onions and steak sauce.
  2. Add beer; cover with lid.
  3. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
  4. Remove meat from slow cooker; cool slightly.
  5. Use 2 forks to pull into shreds.
  6. Return to slow cooker; stir.
  7. Serve in rolls topped with cheese.
