Shredded Beef Sandwich
- 1 boneless beef chuck eye roast (2 lb.)
- 2 cups sliced onions
- 1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
- 6 French bread rolls (6 inch), partially split, toasted
- 6 slices KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese
- Place meat in slow cooker; top with onions and steak sauce.
- Add beer; cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
- Remove meat from slow cooker; cool slightly.
- Use 2 forks to pull into shreds.
- Return to slow cooker; stir.
- Serve in rolls topped with cheese.
