Scandinavian Smoked Trout Salad

  1. Make a dressing of the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour it over the potato slices and marinade for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and reserve the dressing.
  4. Arrange the potatoes, sliced mushrooms, sliced eggs, and flaked fish on torn lettuce leaves; sprinkle with dill.
  5. Pour over the reserved dressing.
