Touchdown Taco Sliders

• 2 lb. (900 g) extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (35 g) 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
• 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained
• 4 Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Natural Cheese Slices, quartered
• 16 slider buns
• 1/2 cup salsa

1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
2. Mix meat, seasoning mix and tomatoes just until blended; shape into 16 (3-inch) patties.
3. Grill 4 min.
4. on each side or until done (160 degrees F), topping with cheese pieces for the last minute.
5. Serve in buns topped with salsa.
