Summer
- Ice
- 2 1/2 ounces gin
- 2 finely chopped tarragon sprigs
- 4 ounces chilled tonic water
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the gin and tarragon sprigs and shake well.
- Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the tonic water.
