Grilled Buffalo Pork Chops
- 2 thick pork chops
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp ground celery seed
- 1/3 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
- Coat chops with enough oil to cover.
- Season with dried spices.
- Grill on each side until desired doneness.
- Yes, pork can be served a tiny bit pink!
- Brush with buffalo sauce while grilling.
