Frozen Cole Slaw

  1. Chop vegetables, sprinkle with salt.
  2. Let stan one hour.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Cool.
  5. Pour over cabbage and mix.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Freeze in plastic freezer bags.
  8. To serve.
  9. Thaw in refrig.
