Shrimp with Kiwifruit-Lime Relish

  1. Stir jalapenos and lime juice together.
  2. Add kiwifruit, 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste), and cilantro.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Season shrimp with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over high until shimmering.
  6. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook until pink on one side, about 3 minutes.
  7. Flip shrimp and cook until opaque throughout, about 2 minutes more.
  8. Serve with kiwifruit-lime relish.
