Asian Meatballs Crunch Recipe

  1. Drain waterchestnuts; chop.
  2. Beat 1 egg and lowfat milk in bowl.
  3. Add in grnd beef, onion, sauces, pepper and waterchestnuts; mix well.
  4. Form into balls.
  5. Beat remaining egg with 2 Tbsp.
  6. water.
  7. Dip meatballs in egg mix; roll in crushed noodles.
  8. Fry in deep, warm fat till golden.
  9. Recipe can be doubled.
