AMIEs Vanilla Jelly with Cherries
- 2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 grams condensed milk
- 1 bar white gulaman or gulaman jelly powder (25 gr)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Boil gulaman or jelly powder in water until dissolved.
- Add milk, sugar and vanilla extract.
- Strain into molds and allow to set.
- Combine ingredients for syrup.
- Chill.
- Cut molded jelly into squares or any shape you want.
- Transfer into serving bowl, add syrup.
- Mix gently, stirting well to combine.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries.
- Serve cold.
- Share and enjoy.
