Pea Shoot and Shio-konbu Namul (Korean-style Salad)

  1. Cut the pea shoots in half, soak in hot water for 30 seconds, then drain.
  2. Squeeze out the water by hand, then add the shio-konbu, sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish.
