Sausage And Cheese Strata Recipe

• 1/2 pound sausage
• 4-8 slices bread in 1/2" cubes
• 8 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
• 4 lg. Large eggs, beaten lightly
• 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Healthy pinch cayenne
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1. Layer ingredients in 1 qt souffle dish.
2. Place in pan 1/2 full of water.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/4 hrs.
