Greenbean Casserole w/ Corn and Ritz Crackers

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Spray a 1-1/2 quarts (1425 ml) casserole dish with vegetable spray.
  3. Place drained green beans in bottom of dish.
  4. In a large bowl mix together soup, sour cream, chopped onion, corn and chopped celery.
  5. Pour mixture over green beans.
  6. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
  7. Pour melted butter over crackers.
  8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until crackers brown.
