My Favorite Bagel Sandwich

• 1 onion bagels or 1 garlic bagel
• 2 tablespoons cream cheese with garlic and herbs
• 1 slice muenster cheese
• 1 leaf lettuce
• 1 slice red onion
• 1 slice tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon roasted red pepper (from jar)

1. Toast bagel, if desired.
2. Assemble sandwich.
3. Enjoy!
