Jello Cookies W/Frosting
- 1 cup margarine
- 12 cup white sugar
- 3 ounces gelatin powder (any flavor)
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 34 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 3 tablespoons gelatin powder (same flavor as cookie)
- 5 tablespoons warm milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar (or more to thicken)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- For cookies: Cream margarine, sugar, and box of jello.
- Mix in one egg at a time, then add milk and vanilla and beat well.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Drop by tsp on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
- This is a very soft cookie.
- After completely cool, frost with jello icing.
- For icing: Mix all ingredients and stir.
- Add more powdered sugar if necessary to thicken.
