Crunchy Turkey Pita Pockets

  1. Combine turkey, apple, celery, dried cranberries, walnuts and mayonnaise.
  2. Place one lettuce leaf in each pita bread half.
  3. Fill each with turkey mixture.
  4. Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
