Peanut Butter Protein Bars

  1. Melt butter in microwave.
  2. Add peanut butter and softened cream cheese.
  3. Mix together with a fork in a bowl.
  4. Add protein powder, vanilla, splenda and nuts.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Expect it to be very crumbly.
  7. Press firmly into an 8 x 8 pan.
  8. Slice into 12 pieces and put whole pan into freezer.
  9. Remove when bars are firm.
  10. Remove bars and place into zip-lock bag in the freezer.
